I have given complaint about wrong information but those people are not answer to my complaint.

ICICI Lombard policy number 4034i/HIR/05109412/00/000, in the name of SANTOSH MADHUSUDAN MHAPROLKAR. Issused on 23 jan. Amount Rs. 12986.
my previous policy number 4034/CHT/03173104/00/000. which was upto 25 jan. your customer service agent called me for renewal of this policy, which i was not interested in it. His name was Vivek Singh and he had called me from the telephone number 39839800.
when i told him about not interested in renewal of the policy. He told me don't do that as you have finished 2 years and if you cont.. this policy you will get Rs. 15000 in the month of June. I asked him weather he was sure about it. and he said yes. so i took his mobile number 9773139600. But when i did not rec'ed the payment in june so i had called
ICICI LOMBARD customercare to inquire about the payment on 20 july. i was talking to Vinay. He said it was wrong infomation given to me, which was really bad. He gave me all the infomation. But i am not happy with it. your customer care agent has cheated me.
I request you to take a strick action on Vivek Singh for giving wrong information. and return my money Rs. 12986/- back by stoping my policy. I dont know how you people going to do that but i want my money back. Otherwise I have to take a strick action againt you people. I know you do the recording. PL I will be thankful. if you people return my money back. waiting for your reply.
