Hi,
I booked my four wheeler policy with ICICI Lombard on 29/Sep. I made a transaction through my HDFC credit card, my account got debited when confirmed from customer. But as per ICICI Lombard agents it is not reflecting in there system. So i re-initiated the payment same day, now later on came to know from one of there customer care agents that the A/C has been debited but because of there technical problems they were not able to list my transaction. Now its been more then 12 days i have been calling them daily but still getting fake promises from them everyday that they will resolve this issue by today evening. But still its a mystery till now what is happening with my policy.
Now i am loosing my patience & need to go consumer court & need to raise a complaint against ICICI lombard because as per RBI's new rule if customer's query's are not getting resolved with in 7 working days we can complaint against the organisation.
Please suggest me what to do & how to proceed further.
