Not getting refund

We cancelled this policy on the very same day of getting it issued as this was done twice in the same names from the ..company... The details of the other policy are 4029/113937/26..28... 30... 29... 27 respectively by our travel agent also... the company has ensured to refund the money in my credit card for the above policy in 19th may... but no action has yet been taken and inspite of assurance for refund from the company...
