Credit card not made in 30 days and RM Mr. Hardip Bhangu is clueless

Me and my wife had applied for Axis bank cards on Dec 05 vide Application nos. 3636798 and 3636791. The person who took my application, Mr. Sandeep had promised the card in about 15 days. But now, nobody is ready to give me any details /information. I have called them up about 28 times.

Even when I talked to the Regional Manager Hardip Singh Bhangu, his attitude was aboslolutely poor (This is an understatement, though). He said that he was not concerned what his people had promised and that it was not possible for him to give any information. He said that it actually is a process of 45 days (very efficient... in fact Shocking, when other banks do it in 15 days MAX)

I was shocked to get this kind of response from a Senior Manager of his level. I did not notice any difference between speaking to Sandeep (the executive who took my application) and this Regional Manager, The only difference being that the executive was always very nice and sweet to talk to. Mr. Bhangu said that he could not do anything about the issue. When I asked him if I could escalate the issue, he said that I was free to do so because he was absolutely helpless in the case and that he could not help. Do you have IAS officers working for your bankat the regional level?

I have a problem that my card has not been delivered in time, but worse, the face of your bank who is interacting with me is so helpless, in fact not bothered to help. This shows your bank in very poor light.
