IT SEEMS THE SO CALLED TEAM LEADER-RAJU IS THE BUSIEST MAN ON THE EARTH WITH THE BURDEN OF WORK FROM ICICI THAT HE DOESNT HAVE TIME TO ATTEND THE CALLS, PIK UP THE CALLS. I DONOT EXPECT A CALL BACK FROM SUCH PERSON. BUT THE CALL CENTER PEOPLE HAVE NO INFORMATION. TEAM LEADERS ARE NOT INTERESTED TO SOLVE THE ISSUES.

I TRIED MAILING EVEN TO Ms. Preeti Lochan, Manager - Service Quality, Mr. Vishwa Vijay S., National Manager- Process Excellence Group, Mr. Eswaranatarajan, Head - Operations.

BUT IN VAIN. I AM NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND HOW THE COMPANY MANAGES TO GET "ICRA (an Associate of Moody's Investors Service) has assigned an iAAA (pronounced I triple A) rating indicating highest claims paying ability to ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited. The rating indicates a fundamentally strong position."

EVEN TOP MGMT PEOPLE ARE NOT BOTHERED. WE ARE SIMPLY GIVEN SERVICE REQUEST NOS. WHEN WE CALL & INTERACTION ID'S WHEN WE MAIL. BUT OF NO USE.
