Hi Sir/Madam,
I had taken a policy @ ICICI Lombard Health Insurance last year and for claims purpose I had submitted all my original bills, proofs and presciptions to the tune of nearly 11k last month. But till yesterday I did not get any status response from them as their toll-free number was always busy. When I enquired my status yesterday they coolly said that pharmacy bills worth some 7k they have not received and asked me to send a photocopy of the same again. I became irritated argued with them, as it was their mistake misplacing my original bills. I have registered a complaint and got a complaint id also.
