Claim rejected

Sir,

This is to inform that I had brought a ICICI Lombard Home Insurance (Contents) from Reliance Fresh Outlet in Chennai. When I brought the insurance they informed me that all the contents are included and it is covered for fire, lightning, power fluctuation, earthquake etc. But now when I go for the claim they intimated me that it is rejected becos it is not covered and the attitude of the ICICI was very unsatifactory.
