I HAD REGISTERED A COMPLAINT OF MY ACTIVA (REG NO. UK07X 8091). I HANDED OVER ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO THE SURVEYOR BY FEBRUARY I HAD BEEN TOLD THAT THE CLAIM WILL BE PASSED WITHIN A MONTH PERIOD. BUT EVEN AFTER SUCCESSIVE REMINDERS, I AM NOT GETTING ANY SATISFACTORY ANSWER. THE CUSTOMER CARE SAYS MY CLAIM WILL BE GIVEN SOON MY SERVICE REQUEST NO IS 130510347, MY SURVEYER SAYS ALL WORK WILL BE DONE IN MUMBAI BRANCH, DELAY IN CHEQUE RELEASING IS OCCURING. I HAVE NOT BEEN UPDATED IN ANY MEANS BY THE RESPECTIVE COMPANY SO THAT I CAN TAKE ANY CORRECTIVE ACTION.
KINDLY TAKE THE MATTER INTO CONSIDERATION AND GUIDE ME TO OVERCOME THE ISSUE.
