ICICI Prudential
No delivery of policy even after 6 months of payment

Hello,

I have taken a policy Assured Life of 30000/anum from ICICI prudential. Even after paying a check of 15000/-, I have not got my policy document/number since 6 months. I have paid check dated 19/11 which is deducted from my account. Since I have not got policy or number I was not able to claim tax benefit for this amount in this financial year. Such a bad customer service is that even after repeated complaints followups, there is absolutely nothing. Please never take apolicy from ICICI prudential.
