Surender of the Policy

I had submited my ICICI Prudentail policy - 04458679 on 14/10, after repeted followups i am getting the infromation that the amount will be cardited on 28/10, evern i had talked to Mr Ananad the custmer care manager - i would like to understand why it takes 10 days to give me my money and the same bank - it is only a one potel of the bank - I am totaly dissatifyed with the way i got the answer from customer care
