Icici prudential, life time gold-policy no12637068
Monthly state not coming

I have taken life time gold plan in the month of september, my policy no.was12637068.sir till now i have not got even a single monthly statement of premium, which is regularily debited from my account.so it requested to send the monthly statements to my home address which is already been intimated in the policy i: e

pushpraj singh tomar, c/o sh vijay singh tomar, balaji vihar colony, gudi guda ka naka, kampoo, lashkar, gwalior-mp. pin 474001.
