ICICI Pru Life
Non receipt of original policy documement

SIR,

I, CHITTARANJAN BERA, purchased a policy (#15963527), a Guaranteed saving insurance Plan from icici pru life w.e.f, 24.09.2011.

Original policy documents is not yet received. In spite of repeated request to local office (ICICI DEMAT, chandkheda branch, Ahmadabad) thro whom (Mr Aalap shah) i purchased the policy they don't care my case. Rather they say that as per their office record the document had been sent to my address and received by me. But this is not the case. I downloaded the premium receipt of Rs 50773. In this regard kindly help me so that i can get my policy document.
