ICICI PRU LIFE INSURANCE CO
ULIP POLIY SURRENDER VALUE NOT PAID

I have take one ULiP policy from ICICi pru life insurance co -lifetime maximiser policy no- 02929830 dt 12-6 on monthly premium basis.i paid 3 month premium .after that i didnt pay.policy lapsed now.

As per IRda rule- discontinoue of policy within 3 year of commencement, surrender value shall be paid at end of 3 policy year,

I approach ICICI- they dont want pay single paise-

I need my hard earned money

Pls advice me
