Sir,

I have sent you application for surrender of policy No.02599479. I have received call of service Manager (ASHA MADAM) on 29.3.2011.She advised me to make partial withdraw. I told her that I will tell her afterwards. Afterthat she didnot contact me. I don't know what is happening about my policy.
