Icici pru smart kid plan
Not recieved policy papers from 3months and i have to drop my policy

I radhika lamba filed papers to ICICI prudential life insurance for a icici pru smart kid -new unit linked rp policy. the papers and payment was made in dec '09' but till now no policy papers have been sent to us.

i also requested the manager that i want to drop my policy as i am not satisfied with their services, but there was no answer to my complaint. they just reply that policy will be sent to u within 2-3 days.
