With reference to the above subject, I the undersigned Ajaykumar Santoshkumar Gupta humbly state that vide Tax Saving Bonds-01TSB-ONE I was allotted 6 nos. of bonds each having a face value of Rs. 5000.00 and totaling Rs. 30000.00 vide bond holder no.-06060-264.(Xerox copy enclosed).

As per the bond certificate, the redemption date was 11.03.2010. But till date I have not received any such redemption warrant till date at the address mentioned in the bond.
