Dear Sir,
Last one month back i have applied for Savings Account opening with IDBI Bank, i have sopked many times to the call centre executive for not getting my account active, so negligance and immanered by ther employees i remember one name Mr. Deepak. No proper guidance and since from one month they are saying my complent will be solved in 2 days, but still not it is done.
Is this a service to the customer of such a bank, this show the face of the bank, i am scared initeally i am getting so much of problem in opening an account, waht about later, its night mare.
