I had logged in a complaint regarding not able to perform Internet banking. This was done on April 16th. Still i haven't got any response from your end. The issue is not yet resolved. Today i called up customer care again and they are telling that its an off day and something could be done only by Monday. Each time i get a response that issue will be resolved in 24hours which doesnt happen. Customer care is telling the same since last 1 week.
If an i-banking issue cant be solved in 7days, what customer support are you providing?
Please take necessary actions against the bank.
