IDBI Bank home Loan
Refund of Fee after Denial of Home Loan

My Laon was granted IDBI Bank, HL 3188. My loan was sanctioned, but after sanctioning later bank realised need some more infromation from Builder, which builder say has never been asked by any bank. My documents were franked by DBI bank, I paid IDBI Bank (2500 8500 4900) and They refunded me less than, 3800.00, rest was stated as part of tax. I am still not able to Understand without giving any service to me how service tax is deducted. I have put the complaint in customer care, 002-711-545 dt 02 Nov, more than two weeks has past and no satsfactorly response has come.

I find this is my one of bad experience in IDBI Bank.
