VERY POOREST SERVICE

I am waiting for internet banking and password from last 21 days. I had given the form & documents to open the account on 6/09. However still waiting for my internet banking ID and password. I have been told that preferred banking would be offered to me. However it seems preshan banking.

I was given 50, 000.00 cheque on 6/9. IDBI BANK NFC branch not taken any kind of response regarding, any facilities. i was request on call by 23 times last 21 days with saving A/C opening agent, 20 times bank telephone, 2 times customer care no 18002001947 & 6time by E-mail, no one taken appropriate response. IDBI BANK wastage my money and lots of time. I think IDBI BANK PROVIDES world, s poorest banking service.

I like to suggest all U of avoid IDBI BAKING SERVICES, any circumstances.
