Not allowing to be co-borrower with daughter

I had availed staff loans for housing, vehicle from my employer - Bank of India where my wife Mrs. Smita Milind Mujumdar, also a Bank of India employee, was guarantor. I have closed all my loan accounts in June/ July. But the name of my wife is appearing in the list of defaulters of CIBIL, and hence IDBI Home Finance are not accepting my wife as co-borrower/guarantor to my daughter who wants to avail home loan from them.
