Not receive the maturity amount for my IDBI Infrastructure Bonds

I had purchased IDBI Infrastructure Bonds which have already matured in 2008 but I have not yet received the maturity amount cheque. Here are the details:

Please advice how to claim the pending maturity amount from IDBI.
