FIRST TIME HE DEDUCTED RS 15 (12.01.10) FOR UTV MUSIC STORE AND WHEN I REQUEST TO DE ACTIVE THE SERVICE HE AGAIN ACTIVATED A NEW VALUE ADDED SERVICE DAILER TONE AND REDUCE 30 AGAIN (14.01.10).
