Wrong billing

Dear Sir,

I am having my cell no.983705465 since launching of ESCOTEL/IDEA.I never face any problem. But since last few months some extra charges are billed in the head of SMS whereas none SMS are send by me or from my cell no., I visited your Meerut office personally and inform the same. They lodged my compl but I could not receive any response/waiver will date. Therefore you are requested to look into this.

Yesterday I was informed through mail that charges in invoice for the month of Sept'2009 were found correct. But when I met your customer care at Meerut in the month of Oct'2009 they realized that these SMS could not be forward from my cell since my cell do not have such feature. Therefore you are advised to scutinity again as other bill charges are billed in to my bill.
