Wrong charges

I am having my mobile no:9824406669 with ideal celluar. i have not activated

any chargeble facility like cricket sms, filmy sms etc. To be my sueprised i have received cricket sms from idea. On inquiry i got reply from customat care that

the facility was started on request of the customer (myself).

I have not demanded any cricket sms facility. on my request to cancel the

said facility customer care replied that it will be cancedd after 3 days only.

and i have to pay daily 5 rupees charges for that.

Afterwards I have inquired the head of the department to talk.then customer

care person denied and told to loge complaint.
