Activating unsolicited VAS on my cell

I have received a message from ID-IDEA as follows:

Dear customer, Your request for VAS act is under process vide SR 1-16769733821 and would be actioned by 07/20 8:00:00 PM. Thank you

Please note that I have not requested for any VAS act and do not want any of them to be activated. I want IDEA to make a note of this and do not activate any VAS service.

I have already had a very unpleasant experience with IDEA where they had swindled money from me in the name of CH99 magazine which I had never subscribed.
