Every day I am receiving sms from 55456340 & Rs.5 are being charged per day. Who has authorised such charges is not known to me. Despite sending message on the same no. for discontinuation, there is no response. Further, despite contacting Idea Cellular, there is also no response & even itemised statement of a/c for the month of Oct. is not furnished, though it was assured that the same would be sent by charging Rs.25.
I would like to know as to how to stop paying Rs.5 per day?
