Poor services

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am user of idea prepaid. Whenever we are going to call to customer care for enquiry. Without any response/ nobody are attended my phone but amount have deducted from my account @ 50paisa/3minutes. I have seen several times. My cell no is 9911746594. I had arrange call at 11:27 on dated 22.11.10. Service is much poor.

Kindly look into the problem.
