CHARGES FOR VAS

Idea company cut charges weekly for Masti Pack which i have not subscribed at all. I have not applied for any type of VAS. I have made complaint several times at its outlet in Bhau Patil Road, Aundh Road but no fruitful result observed. They are calling during 2PM to 4PM which is my sleeping time as i am a regular night shift employee. Please tell what to do.
