Activation and deducation of money without any requests

Hi,

This is Rahul and I am using Idea Prepaid services on this number 9891810239. Today on April 16 I have made a recharge of Rs. 30/- after some minutes all recharge balance deduct. however I have made no request at all.

Its my request to you to please deactivate any service from my number and please favour me to return the amount also as my earnings are very less and if you people contnue with this practice it will be very difficult to continue with your services.
