I m not getting free internet data and TV pack

I purchased idea mobile on 05-05 they said that 2gb data and TV pack free of cost for 3 months

still i m not getting my free services i called so many times to customer care people and i went so many times to

service centers of idea but also no response from them.please help me because i invest lot of money on my mobile

Idea people cheated me and forced me to purchase smart phone please help me.
