Unauthorised Charges on Cradit Card

The company namely RN* REALPLAYER SUPERPA is getting charges on my mastercard. I have not used these entertainment anymore and last month (nov'09) I have seen the name of this company charging on my credit card, I do not know how to stop this unauthorised charges. Please help.
