Not got claim reimbursement

This is to inform you that, I have applied for claim (siebel id. 1-chr5r6) reimbursement (against my policy no. 12899830) in march but still i have not got the same, i have conact to company via email, customer support, walk in, but every time they are giving me new excuse.

So,

Kindly help me to get my claim money.
