Unfairmeans practice

I have depoisted 5350 usd dollor for forex tradind from my credit card.when i trade in currency pair then he show me some other currency rate.when i did deal dealing desk show me euro/usd e.g 1.4091/1.4093.when i sold euro this price after a 5 seconds his dealing desk show me high rate e.g 1.4223/1.4225.so i lost my all money.
