IHO family card
KIT not recived

Dear All

Its to bring into your notice that i have purchased IHO family health card for medicall benifit,

After paying my amt by cheuqe in the month of Sept tillnow i have only recived SMS from IHO about the card issue but not recived a kit.

I have called somany times but the people in IHO not intrested to revert or they dont have any idea about the Kit.

I allready loosed my crucial 3 months and even now i have a no hopes that I will get back my kits.

I request you people to look into this and kindly arrange for pay back.
