I was working with IIHT Mumbai office as an Executive (Channel Expansion) in 2009. Since i wanted to pursue my post graduation i had resigned from the company by giving sufficient notice as per my appointment letter. My last working day was 20th October.2009. The company was never prompt in paying the salary and always the same is paid a month late.
After leaving the company i have followed up many times for my salary for the last month (Sept-Oct). However even after a span of 6 months they have still not paid my salary which i am legally/legitimately entitled. They are also not giving any satisfactory reply for not paying the salary but the matter is dilly dallied with one pretext or other.
The above mentioned company is in the educational business and spend lacs of rupees for advertisement and business promotion but at the same time the salaries of the staff is not paid on time. The whole approach of the company give an impression that nobody is serious about the matter and I being a female, they have taken the liberty to harass me due to my mild approach which has put me in a lot of inconvenience and mental agony.
I hereby request your good office to intervene the matter and help me to get my salary.
