Wrong printing of name in PAN card

Sir,

I have received a PAN card No. AVXPM3896J. In which my name was entered as MITTAPALYAM CHENCHU RAJU instead of MITTAPALYAM CHENCHU REDDY. Kindly correct the error and issue a fresh corrected PAN card at the earliest please.
