Sir,

I, Kavita Yogesh Mundankar, have PAN number AHBPM0668E. My ward is 6 (1).

I had submitted an original return on 24/07 having receipt no. 0611000847.

I had submitted 1st revised return on 29/05 having receipt no. 0611000028.

I had submitted 2nd revised return on 03/11 having receipt no. 6110001304.

In my original return, tax refundable was Rs. 1164/-. Income tax department had paid to me tax refundable as per my original return. But in my 2nd revised return, tax refundable was Rs. 6859/-. So I request you to pay me the balanced amount of tax refundable along with its interest.
