ABSURD BEHAVIOR TOWARDS ME (CUSTOMER)

TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERNED

RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,

With Due Respect I, Shivnarayan Gupta (SAVING a/c number 01190023493) visited SBI BANK, BHADRAK BRANCH ON 11-07.I WANTED TO DEPOSIT A CHEQUE OF AXIS BANK WHICH WAS RECIEVED BY ME SOME DAYS BEFORE FROM LIC IN THE NAME OF RABINARAYAN GUPTA.DUE TO SOME REASON I FORGOT MY BROTHER’S SBB A/C NUMBER.FURTHER I VISITED MR.PRADEEP KU JENA FOR ENQUIRIY OF MY BROTHER”S AC NUMBER .I ASKED HIM TO TELL ME HIS ACCOUNT NUMBER BY SEARCHING HIS NAME.BY LISTENING TO MY HUMBLE REQUEST HE (MR PRADEEP KUMAR JENA) START ED TO SCOLD ME LIKE I M HIS ENEMY.ACTUALLY MY BROTHER LIVES IN NEW DELHI NOW BUT FOR SOME TECHNICAL FAULT I WAS NOT ABLE TO CALL HIM AND ASK HIS ACC NUMBER TO HIM.BUT IS THIS THE WAY TO BEHAVE TO AN EXISTING CUSTOMER SINCE 4YRS???WITH THIS I SUFFERED FROM MENTAL TORTURE AND DECIDED TO CLOSE MY EXISTING AND NEW ACCOUNTS WHICH I WILL HAVE OPENED ON NEXT SOME DAYS.BEING A RELIABLE BANK I WAS THINKING THAT BHADRAK BRANCH IS THE BEST BANK IN MY CITY BUT AFTER SEEING THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR TOWARDS ME AND OTHER CUSTOMERS (EXISTING, AND NEW CUSTOMRES) I DECIDED TO CLOSE AS POSSIBLE AS I CAN AND TELL OTHERS NOT TO OPEN ANY ACCOUNT AS THIS BRANCH (BHADRAK) IS NOT A RELIABLE BANK.

THEREFORE, I PRAY U TO BE KIND ENOUGH TO GRANT MY APPLICATION AND TAKE SOLME CRUCIAL STEPS TOWARDS MR.PRADEEP KUMAR JENA AND SOME OTHER EMPLOYEES OF STATE BANK OF INDIA OF BHADRAK BRANCH WHO BEHAVE RUDELY TO CUSTOMERS.SIR I BELIVE THAT U WILL B KIND TO ME AND TAKE SOME CRUCIAL STEPS TOWARDS MY PROBLEM FACED BY ME BECAUSE IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN TO SOME ANY OTHER CUSTOMER IN COMMING FUTURE, WHICH WILL RESULT IN ACCOUNT CLOSURE OR HAMPER UR BANK” PERSONALITY.I WANT THAT MR.PRADEEP KUMAR JENA SHOULD SAY SORRY TO ME ON MY PERSONAL PHONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FOR HIS MISSBEHAVIOR, TAKING RUDELY, FOR KEEPING ME WAITING FOR 30 MINUTES FOR NO REASON OR ELSE I WANT THT MANAGER OF THE BRANCH SHOULD MAKE AN STATEMENT AGAINST MR.PRADEEP KUAMR JENA FOR HIS RUDE BEHAVIOR TOWARDS CUSTOMERS SO THAT I CAN DO SOME OTHER POSSIBLE CRUCIAL STEPS TOWADS HIM.
