ALWAYS MISS THE CHEQUE BY THERE REPRENSITVE

My self komal narang always drop the cheque in bank before my date but always miss my check and add the late fee i have already complain last 4 time all are same my last month cheque i have drop on 27/05/10 till now they dont got the check and the statement is always late.

This is last time after that i will file case in conusmer fourm behalf of sbi credit card and the collection agent of jabalpur [sbi credit card ]
