I am holding SB A/c on Indian bank Thirumangalam Branch (SB a/c- 400120119), i have given a letter for getting transaction password on 10th March.
I also received a message on 12th March, stating that " Thank you for subscribing to our Internet banking facility. Contact home branch for collecting the pin after 16/03/11".
Then i went to Indian bank on 17th, the official told me to come Saturday, again i went on Saturday they told me the same story. On Monday 21st i went to bank, they told me the same story. I have wasted 2 hours on 3 days. To be cautious, just now i called the bank phone no. 26267268 for confirming the pin no arrived or not, 3 times i called he put me in hold and disconnects it.
Due to my 3 times visit, at least that manic should have checked his main bank for my pin no status but his mind is not thinking like, what lazy idiot he is.
Why the hell they work in financial center, for not responding to the customers properly and want to hide if any complaints comes. I could not check my accounts too in online as they blocked.
Please, can anybody can tell me where the hell my pin no is?
