I AM A CUSTOMER OF YOUR ORGANISATION FOR PAST 15 YEARS. AND ALSO AM A VICE-PRESIDENT IN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, MANNARGUDI. TILL NOW AM MAINTAINING MY CUSTOMER STATUS WITHOUT ANY REMARKS, (FOR REFERENCE: AC NUMBER 855102942 SRI RAJAM AGENCIES). BUT LAST THURSDAY (DECEMBER 24) THE WAY YOUR STAFF (ASST.MANAGER: Mr. MURALEETHARAN) TREATED ME IS RUINED OUR SMOOTH RELATIONSHIP. ON THAT DAY I JUST WENT TO GET CLARIFICATION ABOUT DEPOSIT (MOD SWEEP). BUT HE NOT AT ALL LISTEN TO MY WORDS AND SCOLDED ME AND ABOUT THIS TOWN WITH SOME UNUSUAL WORDS BEFORE OTHER COSTUMERS AND YOUR STAFFS. AS A GENUINE PERSON IN THE SOCIETY I CANT TOLERATE IT. SO I WANT YOU TO ENQUIRE ABOUT IT AND TAKE ACTION AS PER YOUR BANKING RULES. ITS NOT ONLY FOR ME AND ALSO FOR MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS AND TRADERS. AS A VICE PRESIDENT OF CHAMBER OF COMMERCE I HAD RECEIVED MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT YOUR BRANCH STAFFS. BUT YESTERDAY I HAD EXPERIENCED IT. SO PLEASE GO THROUGH WITH THIS COMPLAINT.
