Non-receipt of Cr.card Statements

Hi,

i am the credit card holder of Axis Bank Ltd and from the date of issuance of the same i have not received monthly statement despite repeated request and i have been charged interest on delayed payments. the earlier payments are made by me on receipt of call from bank. kindly do the needful
