I have not asked or confirmed for any Service from "Indiatimes Subscription Service" Without my knowledge, they have started the service and deducted Rs 10 from my prepaid mobile. I received message on 28-Oct, "Thanks 4 using Indiatimes Subscription Service. Your Total cost is Rs 10".
