Deduction of Service Charge without my knowledge

I have not requested or confirmed for any Service from "Indiatimes Subscription Service" Phone No. : 58888010. But without my knowledge, they have deducted Rs 10 from my prepaid mobile. I received message on 28-Oct from Phone / Mobile No : 58888010, "Thanks 4 using Indiatimes Subscription Service. Your Total cost is Rs 10".

My mobile service is provided is BSNL Raigad District
