Wrong statement of accounts in my cibil report

It is regretted first you created ERRONEOUS report which resulted in unnecessary delay in processing my home loan and then You have failed to respond to my complaint so far not even the acknowledgement has been received by me .the damages I had to pay for your irresponsible and callous concocted report Once again I request you to withdraw this bogus report of erroneous acounts and immediately inform me and my bank.
