I one of the ING home loan customer, in last 28 months the bank has raised interest rate by 12 times... we have not raised any complain against them... but when RBI has declared the rate cut on April 17th, till now ING has done nothing... they say that the board has to decide... when the RBI has increased the rate, ING have raised on 30th day for all 12 hikes...
When i spoke to one of the manager, i told him i will go to court, he said go to the court, the court will rule in favour of us... Is it not ridiculous of the Bank not reducing the interest rate...
What type of governance we have in our country... Banks can decide the way they want... where is the end to this...
Lets fight together, if you are ING home loan customer, interested to fight for this... lets group and take this to the media and to the court...
