I had purchased blackberry 8520 curve handset from Singapore. My hand set is having International warranty. Now my handset is showing "App. error 523" "Reset" it is continously restarting. Also when it restarts A wall papaer of Vodafone appears on the screen. When I called up the airtel blackberry support (9892307070) the executive told me to update the software. But since I could not able to connect my handset to my laptop how can I update the software. then again your coustomer care executive told me that my hand set is having hardware problem. He had givem me address "603, 604 Achme Plaza, 6th floor, Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri (E) Mumbai, India." There on the counter itself the person told me that we are not able to resovle your problem since you have purchased the handset from abroad.
Should I have to send my handset to Singapore again then what is the use to purchase the handset with international Warranty.
