SLOW REACTION WHILE OPENING ACCOUNT

It has taken almost 2 months for me to open a new account. Even after submitting the request for a cheque book and a ATM card i havnt received them yet. whenever i have approached any staff at the branch they have replied with a lackadaisical attitude and nothing has been done about it yet.
