Hi, i had a bitter experience with IOB were i get my Sal credited i had my net banking activated the time i got the account so i had not used it for a long time so cause of that i tried to login with the details i had and so i had forgotten the password so as per the banks requirement then i did receive a mail telling i should use my net banking login id to open to get the password, but wen i tried it i could not get it i personally went to the bank for an answer i was taken a back wen i got an answer from one of the staff telling that it was my fault and that they are not responsible for that, i was wondering as to what on earth was the wrong thing that i did was so very painful for them to tell me such a thing finally asked them if this thing can be rectified, they advised me that a login id can't be set as it is already set we can't reset that so asked them if can re apply for that also i had no positive answer.
